Doc Prep fee/ Attoney和Settlement fee应该是escrow的费用。但是你不贷款,不知道Underwriting fee和appraisal fee 从何而来。我估计是一个standard 估计。到时不会收全部。另外,房子大与小,除了commission差别比较大之外,其它费用差别并不大。
